Q. Who is eligible to join the site?

A. Anyone may join the site to stay up to date about the family office industry and to read the library articles (service provider membership). However, certain sections of the site (activity wall, member directory and forums) are reserved for single-family office members and employees.

Q. How do I change my username and password?

A.  You can change your password by going to Settings>Email and Password. However, you wouldn’t be able to change your username.

Q. Who can contribute library articles?

A. Anyone can contribute an article to the library. However, all articles must be approved by the site moderator and must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the site.

Q. How do I delete my profile?

A. Once your profile is created, you can’t delete it.
